Return Policy

We do our best at Buy Janitorial Direct to make your shopping experience as seamless and painless as possible. This includes the return process. Buy Janitorial Direct allows you to return merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in 100% re-sellable condition.  There may be a restocking fee on some items. If a restocking fee applies, you will be notified when your RMA# is issued.  You must pay for the return shipping, and we will refund the order after we receive the item(s) back.  If you need to return a product either call 1-800-872-9031 or email [email protected].  If your order qualifies for return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as information on the additional steps in the return process.
 

When will my account be credited?

Refunds will be issued after the warehouse has received and inspected the returned items to make sure they are in re-sellable condition. 

 

What if the products arrive damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record. Also save the shipping cartons, product boxes, and remaining product, and contact us as soon as possible. Damage claims must be reported to Buy Janitorial Direct within 2 days of receipt.  You must pay for the return shipping, and we will refund the order after we receive the item(s) back. Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Although most items may be returned, there are exceptions.  These items, for example, may not be returned:  floor machines, air scrubbers, vacuums, any type of HEPA item including filters, battery powered equipment, special order items, consumables, chemicals, dated items (e.g., calendars, planners, etc.), medical products, and partial cases.
