About the instructor: 

Shawn has been in the professional cleaning and restoration industry for over 28 years. He enjoys being an approved instructor for the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), a non-profit organization dedicated to setting and maintaining industry standards. When he is not traveling, Shawn owns a successful cleaning and restoration company in Denver, CO. His travels with the IICRC have taken him throughout the world instructing thousands of professional cleaners from Alaska to Australia. Shawn has a passion and talent for training and his extensive knowledge helps him deliver information from the perspective of a hands-on technician. In this course, Shawn will share secrets on how to boost your profits, clean more efficiently, and make any job easier.
